Lixisenatide (Lyxumia) has been accepted for review by the FDA. French drugmaker Sanofi said on Tuesday that its experimental GLP-1 once-daily diabetes drug lixisenatide (Lyxumia) has been accepted for review by the FDA. Sanofi is set to launch the drug in Europe shortly.
