Workout Trainer

Your patients will enter their workout goals (e.g. build muscle, lose weight, strengthen core, etc.), and this app will suggest free workout plans available for purchase.

There is also a large library of free workouts through which patients can browse. Each workout has a digital trainer voice which describes the workout and provides a countdown. For an upgrade a human voice is available (the free voice sounds like a robot).

 

 

Positive reviews overall, especially on the challenge and variety of workouts. Recent tech issues included a problem with syncing to the online account as well as a broken timer but overall a straightforward and effective app for getting your patients moving.
