This iPhone/iPod app can keep track of patients’ Medical Emergency information I.C.E. ("In Case of Emergency"), and can provide information to first responders, hospital personnel, paramedics and other emergency personnel responding to accidents, crimes and disasters. 

The app organizes personal medical information to keep track of Medical Emergency contacts, Physician contacts, Insurance Information, Allergies/Reactions , Medications, Medical conditions, Blood type, Vaccination/Immunization records and other important medical data.
