A couple of weeks ago our exercise guru, Dr. Sheri Colberg, had a great article on how different types of exercise can either raise or lower or rapidly lower your glucose levels and what your patients could do about it.

This week our intern, Aleksandra Kusic, PharmD Candidate, Florida A&M University, College of Pharmacy, takes a deeper dive by looking at how HIIT exercise can have a long term positive effect on A1c.
