The CeQur insulin pump patch is a small, discreet and wearable insulin patch infuser for the continuous subcutaneous delivery of rapid acting insulin. The CeQur Device, which is not yet approved, features up to three days of consistent basal infusion (on-demand bolus at the push of a button) and messages informing the user of the device’s status. There are four times as many people with Type 2 diabetes taking insulin as Type 1, and 80% of all insulin in the world is consumed by Type 2’s.
