Telcare’s new iPhone App with 2 way cloud sync automatically synchronizes with a wireless glucose meter allowing patients and caregivers to see every glucose reading while tracking medication, nutrition, activities, and notes. The app also allows patients who don’t have the Telcare BGM to manually enter and track their blood glucose data.
