Two Elements from Grape Extract May Help to Treat Diabetes

Cyanidin and delphinidin, when encapsulated in nanoliposoms, decrease in vitro glycation of albumin and hemoglobin A. They also decrease blood glucose and blood cholesterol in diabetic mice. Iranian researchers investigated the effects of these materials in two forms of free and nanoliposomal on decreasing the damages caused by diabetes.
