When it comes to eating and diabetes, there seem to be a million strategies. These ideas include: early breakfast, late breakfast, no breakfast, keto breakfast, Mediterranean lunch, and so many more. These ideas are usually based on a small number of patients who are overly zealous in their behavior.

This week our intern, Andy Dao, PharmD Candidate, University of South Florida Taneja College of Pharmacy, went on a search for something that was a little more scientific than anecdotal, to see if shifting meal times or products could really make a difference.

 

His feature delivers some of the best and most accurate info as to how regimented eating times can help our patients.
