He found many methods based on food choices and the times we eat. Most of these studies are done by someone trying to drive you to a program that will sell their product. But when he looked at a recent study from JAMA that focused on intermittent fasting, he found some results that were hard to dispute for reducing insulin resistance, suppressing oxidative stress, and increasing cellular repair.
