I don’t often get to watch commercials on TV since I nixed the cable, but when I travel I often put on the news and the commercials come flying at me. Over the past two weeks I have gotten an education on the lawsuits I can be part of if I ever took a proton pump inhibitor.
The announcers talk about kidney failure and cancers, and ask you to join them in their class action suit.
Now, based on a study from our University of Colorado intern, Arjay Mendoza, we can add increased type 2 diabetes risk to the list of problems. Read his research to learn just how bad it can be.
