This week our Homerun Slides have a dual value to everyone who subscribes to Diabetes In Control. As we know there has been a shift in how we are expected to provide healthcare and for the first time in history we are being graded on how good a job we do taking care of patients. This grading system includes such things as patient outcomes, patient perception of care, and the avoidance of repeated problems.
