As we grow older our bodies like to remind us that we are not the youngsters we used to be. Aches and pains become more frequent, and we can’t seem to do all the activities we did in the past. This is often exacerbated if we have diabetes.

Our first solution is to try to move and stretch more; however, most of us and our patients do not have the expertise to select the proper techniques for loosening and strengthening our muscles.

 

This week our exercise guru, Dr. Sheri Colberg, takes you through her own journey of treating the aches and pains, and the new discoveries she made along the way.
