It is amazing how full drive-through windows are at coffee shops. It does not matter what time of day; there is always a line. There are people ordering plain coffee, lattes, and dozens of drinks I can’t even spell. What if in the future they could place an order for a CVD blocker?
This may occur sooner than you think, as our intern, Amanda Roberts, PharmD Candidate, Florida A&M University, has found some very interesting data on how caffeine can actually reduce the risk of CVD, and even lower LDL. Check out her feature here.
