Have you ever heard the old saying; “if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it must be a duck”? Well, this week Kassey James, our Pharm.D. Candidate from LECOM School of Pharmacy, brings us an article that proves that this is not always true. She found some research that points to the fact that not everything that quacks is a duck. 
 
Could it be that by giving infants a full course virus vaccine series many children already get, we could trick their antibodies into leaving their pancreases alone?
