A1C Chart
Use our A1C Chart to see how an A1C test result correlates to eAG (average daily blood sugar).
Our A1C Chart helps your diabetes patients convert their A1C percentage, or their average blood glucose level over 2 to 3 months, to their eAG (average glucose) in mg/dL.
This conversion is based on a formula described in the A1C chart. An A1C of 7% or an eAG of 154 mg/dl is suggested, though these numbers may vary based on the individual. Download and print our A1C to eAG mg/dL conversion chart and educate your diabetes patients on how to best monitor their glucose levels.
