EatSmart nutrition scale
As a pharmacist-to-be, I am especially excited to write a review on this product.  This is no ordinary nutrition scale.  The Eat Smart Nutrition Scale was designed by a fellow pharmacist, Bill Geronimo, who knew that there was a great need for a food scale that not only weighed out portion size, but also provided customers with valuable nutritional information such as the amount of calories, carbohydrates, fiber, sodium, potassium, magnesium, total fat, saturated fat, calcium, cholesterol, protein, and vitamin K in exact amount of food that people place on his scale.  This unique scale has nearly 1000 preset foods, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish, and also allows consumers to enter in exact nutritional information off a specific food label if one is available to them.  This scale has been described as a “personal management tool that analyzes your diet and guides you to a healthier selection of foods for your specific needs.”  This tool is great for anyone, but especially useful for those people who are trying to follow specific dietary guidelines to manage various health states such as diabetes, heart disease or obesity.

One of the nice features of this scale, beside the sleek glass look, is that you can figure out the nutritional information for your food while they are all sitting on your plate.  The simple instructions explain that you first place your plate on the scale, zero the scale and one by one add food to your plate while the scale calculates the nutritional information.  This way, there is no messy scale to clean up, and you know EXACTLY what nutrients your meal consists of.  The scale can calculate nutrients for beverages, such as your favorite glass of wine!  This scale also has a memory function that will hold up to 99 entries, so that you can find your favorite foods quickly.  At $75.00 this nutrition scale is a steal.  The use of this scale will allow a healthy lifestyle to be within reach of anyone who desires it.  This affordable scale is available for purchase online.  There you may also review customer testimonials and a video demonstration.
