Study Protocols
1. You, your office, or your
selected patient will use the DISINTEGRATOR Plus™ for 60
days.
2. You or you selected patient will be
asked to fill out a beginning survey as well as 30 and 60 days of use surveys.
In addition if selected you will be interview by the staff of DIABETES IN
CONTROL for inclusion in a possible article about the DISINTEGRATOR Plus™.
