When we add medications for our patients, our focus is usually directed by such things as A1C, Time in Range, maximum highs and the like. However, when we add these medications we don’t see a noticeable difference in the aforementioned parameters.

A good example of how adding medications that don’t necessarily affect a specific target works is seen in a new article that David Clarke, PharmD Candidate, University of Colorado, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, has prepared for us.

We can make a difference!
