Overall Impressions from Around the Web: It is worth checking the Lexicomp website to determine whether you need the full package of software. They have highly-targeted packages available depending on your profession and specialty (for example, the Nursing apps available include one focused solely on Drug Allergy & Idiosyncratic Reactions for $40). On the main app, Lexi-Complete, reviews are positive but there are complaints of crashes fairly recently.
