Now that we are starting the 3rd month of the year, it may be a good time to look back and see how we are doing with our New Year resolutions. Many of us thought this would be the year we lost those last 20 pounds, or finally learned to master a pivot table in Excel, or saved 10% extra from our paycheck.

But how did we really do? How many times did we say we did not have time to work on our goal, and then spend 10-12 hours bingeing on a Netflix series from Newfoundland? How many of us even took 15 minutes a day to pursue that resolution? The answer is probably not many.
