Mangos Show Glucose Benefits

Mangos may have a positive effect on blood sugar in obese individuals and help to limit inflammation, U.S. researchers suggest. Daily freeze-dried mango intake resulted in significantly lower blood glucose levels in obese participants at 12 weeks. However, researchers did not observe body-composition changes in men or women and found a BMI increase in female participants.
