Letter from the Editor, #785

Jun 10, 2015

One of the best things that happens at the ADA is the chance to interact with our Advisory Board members. When Steve and I started this publication 15 years ago, we were able to win readers with our unique style of presenting the news.

Along the way we have become friends with many of the thought leaders in diabetes care and research, and some of them have joined our Advisory Board. As our readership has grown we have been able to keep adding new members, and this year we were fortunate that current board members brought experts to us for the new year.

We are happy to introduce our new Advisory Board members; Louis Aronne, Caroline Apovian, George Bakris and Louis Phillipson. They represent the best minds in the fields of diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. Please follow the links below to learn more about each of these amazing clinicians and why we are happy to have them on our team.
