New Product Release Announcement from SimpleChoice

NORCROSS, GA (August 28, 2003) -- SimpleChoice is pleased to announce the release of the SimpleChoice®easy brand 30-degree insulin pump infusion set. The SimpleChoice®easy is available in tubing lengths of 23 and 43 inches. The SimpleChoice®easy is compatible with all major pump brands including the Medtronic MiniMed 504, 506, 507, 507C and 508; the Deltec Cozmo™, Disetronic® and Animas® insulin pumps.

The SimpleChoice®easy infusion set has many unique, innovative features. The larger tape has a water-resistant shield across the entire tape surface. These features were designed to better secure the tape and eliminate the need for over taping. Those who like using a Sil-serter™ to insert their 30° set can continue using it. The proprietary adapter lets you use SimpleChoice®easy with this popular insertion device. SimpleChoice®easy was designed for stable connect and release at the site with an audible "click" that ensures proper connection. There's no "pig tail" hanging off during bathing or swimming. The packaging is small and thin, and fits easily in a purse or pocket for convenient portability. SimpleChoice also has FDA clearance to market a MiniMed Paradigm™ compatible version, which will be available in the near future.

The SimpleChoice®easy is available nationwide through traditional retail channels. Visit http://www.mysimplechoice.com for a list of distributors.
