The street signs that point and say “ONE WAY to DIABETES”

We had a great variety of answers that we would like to share with you

This photo appears to be taken in a foreign country, possibly in the Middle East.

Selling bakery and pizza at the same place seems unusual but selling cold cuts at a bakery/ pizza place is even more unusual

Man in the background in an overcoat on a hot day for everyone else.

I think that the thing unusual about this photo is that the prominent store for pizza/cold cuts etc is in English when it shouldn’t be

The man's stomach is enlarged, indicating excess weight, which puts him at increased risk of Type II diabetes. Also, he is pulling the cart, and it would be better on his back, if he pushed it.

The photo is unusual because the restaurant sign is promoting halal-approved pizza and cold cuts. These foods often contain pork and consumption of pork is prohibited in some religions.

Regarding the picture below with the sign reading "Halal," wouldn't foods made from lard be prohibited? I find it hard to believe that cold cuts are also on the menu.

Telephone number is not composed of all digits, but has at least one letter in it
