Study reports on persistence of benefits seen in the Diabetes Prevention Program

Four clinical trials of Neuragen® have been completed to date with 180 patients.
Birgitta I. Rice, MS, R.Ph., CHES, the developer of the WarmFeet Therapy, has asked us to invite you to participate in an educator, patient feedback study.
With the help from Omron Healthcare, we enrolled educators who each signed up patients with diabetes to complete a 3-month study. The study consisted of each patient receiving a pedometer to monitor their steps and a commitment that they would make 10,000 steps a day. By using a pedometer to motivate patients, we hoped to show a reduction in A1c's and lipids, thereby reducing the risk for complications for those with Diabetes.
THE TRIGR TRIAL will determine whether delayed exposure to intact food proteins will reduce the chances of developing type 1 diabetes later in life. If you have a patient who is pregnant that has type 1 diabetes or the unborn child's father has type 1 diabetes or the unborn child has a full sibling with type 1 diabetes, then click here to learn more http://www.trigrnorthamerica.org/index.html
We are looking for medical professionals to participate with us in a research grant to provide The First Step Program to 1000 patients. The first step program is a lifestyle physical activity intervention designed to increase physical activity. It will be for patients with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.
