Diabetes
In Control will present this award to the Company that is voted to
have had
the
most innovative product or service of the new millennium to help
people control their diabetes.
Educators,
doctors, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, PA's, nurse practitioners and
representatives will have the opportunity to nominate a product, drug or
service that they feel has helped them with their patients or has
helped patients to control their diabetes.
To
nominate a product, drug or service, please email Diabetes In Control
the name of the company, name of the product or service and in 100
words or less, why you think it should be nominated.
After
30 days we will post the nominees on the Website and you will have the
opportunity to vote for your choice.
Each
person who nominates a product or service will be eligible for a
drawing for a special gift.
