Veteran U.S. Army Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer Lori Patterson guides users through a progressive 18-day program that will get results quickly, safely, and effectively. Each day combines cardio, stretching and muscular endurance training into one challenging workout.

Includes three programs designed for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced exercisers with over 200 unique exercises with video instruction and over 125 body weight exercises.

Some problems with the app crashing but kudos for overall variety of the exercises. Positive reviews overall but not many users to date either.
