Simple Solution to Preventing Risk for Diabetes

Simple Solution to Preventing Risk for Diabetes: A change in diet may help reverse the growth in the number of people with Type 2 diabetes. They reviewed several studies and discovered that eating 1 1/2 extra servings of green vegetables a day reduces the risk of Type 2 diabetes by 14%. Researchers say vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, arugula and kale help prevent disease because of their high level of antioxidants, vitamin C and magnesium.
