Letter from the Editor #600: Top 10 Physical Activity Myths Demystified and Reversing Beta Cell Failure

According to Webster's, a "publisher is responsible for the selection, preparation, and distribution of information," and usually has no involvement in the actual development of content or material. However, when the publisher has over 20 years of experience in diabetes care, you can expect a little more from them. This week our publisher, Stephen Freed, Pharmacist and Diabetes Educator, has put together a fantastic article on GLP-1's Function in Preserving β-cells.

Late night talk show host David Letterman often humors his audiences with a "Top 10 List." A couple of weeks ago when presidential candidate Rick Perry was on the show, Dave's list brought the house down. This week our fitness expert Sheri Colberg, PhD, brings us a much more valuable list as she weighs in with her own Top 10 List, Physical Activity Myths Demystified.
