Editor's Note: Microvascular Complications Wrap-up, Incretins, Pt. 6, and More...

This week we finish up the information that Drs. Edelman and Henry have been sharing on the microvascular complications of diabetes and how to treat them. Our Homerun Slides have great information on the other receptor sites that DPP-4 enzymes affect, where the metabolites of GLP-1 c can exert their effects on and how GLP-1 agonists can be very heart healthy.

This week, our Practicum documents a case that probably happens too often to our older patients who get insulin.
